We produced thousands of Jihadis Against Russia and supported number of patronized sections who unleashed a wrath against the invader and its own people who differed with them, in any way. Afghan nation in general, paid a high cost of blood and its resources. The whole societal spectrum had been lost or destroyed . Eventually, America won the war and left Pakistan in lurch. Jihadis were in abundance; mostly un-skilled and they only knew the art of killing. In past, they were paid. Abruptly, they became unemployed. Again different sections with support of regional powers killed each other, tried to conquer Kabul and an old maxim, It is easy to conquer Kabul, but difficult to rule over it, has proved true. More or less, they survived.Hizb e Islami , Prof. Siaf section, Tajik like Ahmad Shah Masood of Punjshar, Uzbuk Rasheed Dostanm and Gulbadeen Hikmat Yaar they all got them busy to harm each other.Their next generation, unfortunately, took their positions, and they are mostly Madrasa students. Taliban! We introduced them in early 90s and General Naseerullah Babar took this responsibility to exercise their powers. Mullah Umar was declared their Ameer and so called “Khilafat” has been established. They gave a tough resistance to Ahmad Shah Masood, lion of Punjshayr, Shias of Hazarah and other factions like Dostum. A primitive approached hanged on Kabul. We enjoyed this generated program.
After 9/11, another grievous activity had made its way and we got benefit of it. Dollars! We lalways love dollars!
Hundreds of Jihadis we sent Guantanamo bay and we filled our pockets. America with the very help of us destroyed Afghanistan by all means and Khilafat was ended so far. Though IS experienced it again in Middle East but was broken up and now they are scattered at different places, including Afghanistan. Astonishingly, here they were supported by America.
Again regional powers Russia, China, India, Iran, Central Asian states and Big boss America and its western allies safeguarded their interests. Pakistan took a sigh of relief to be engaged again and we push our brand “Taliban” twicely.An indepth security purpose always propagated. We not only supported them but also imposed them over Afghan people and its intelligentsia. We actually enforced backward social understanding over educated minds of Afghans. Taliban stopped girls’ education and women employment. This is a contention between tribal compréhension and modern civic sense. A conflict, which is going on for the last five decades. A rural, peripheral led religious understanding is prevailing upon Urban areas.
TTP, IS and some other factions are continuously supported by regional and international powers. What we have done to Afghanistan is a complicated and layered ongoing trauma. This is unfinished. We still deem, we can get benefits of them,but now, Talibans proved themselves smart. Not playing in our hands. The intelligentsia of Afghanistan abhor us. They think, we are very much involved in their societal backwardness and we inflicted countless punishments over them, which they did not deserve. Millions have been killed and maimed , millions are in diaspora and still they are in their middle ages. How can they give respect to us.

وہ ہمیں پسند نہیں کرتے۔ وہ سمجھتے ہیں کہ یہ پاکستانی اسٹیبلشمنٹ ہے جو پچھلے 50 سالوں سے ان کے خلاف گھناؤنا کھیل کھیل رہی ہے۔
ہم نے روس کے خلاف ہزاروں کی تعداد میں جہادی تیار کیے اور کئی سرپرست طبقوں کی حمایت کی جنہوں نے حملہ آور اور اس کے اپنے لوگوں کے خلاف غصہ نکالا جو کسی بھی طرح سے ان سے اختلاف رکھتے تھے۔ افغان قوم نے عام طور پر خون اور اپنے وسائل کی بھاری قیمت ادا کی۔ پورا سماجی سپیکٹرم کھو یا اور تباہ ہو چکا تھا۔ آخر کار امریکہ نے جنگ جیت کر پاکستان کو جھنجھوڑ کر چھوڑ دیا۔ جہادیوں کی کثرت تھی۔ زیادہ تر غیر ہنر مند اور وہ صرف قتل کا فن جانتے تھے۔
اچانک وہ بے روزگار ہو گئے۔ ایک بار پھر علاقائی طاقتوں کے تعاون سے مختلف طبقات نے ایک دوسرے کو قتل کیا، کابل کو فتح کرنے کی کوشش کی اور ایک پرانا مقتدر، کابل کو فتح کرنا آسان لیکن اس پر حکومت کرنا مشکل، سچ ثابت ہوا۔ کم و بیش وہ بچ گئے۔حزب اسلامی، پروفیسر سیاف سیکشن، تاجک جیسے احمد شاہ مسعود آف پنجشار، ازبک رشید دوستم اور گلبدین حکمت یار، ان سب کو ایک دوسرے کو نقصان پہنچانے میں مصروف کر دیا گیا۔ بدقسمتی سے ان کی اگلی نسل نے اپنی پوزیشنیں سنبھال لیں۔ اور وہ زیادہ تر مدرسے کے طالب علم ہیں۔
طالبان! ہم نے انہیں 90 کی دہائی کے اوائل میں متعارف کرایا اور جنرل نصیر اللہ بابر نے اپنے اختیارات استعمال کرنے کے لیے یہ ذمہ داری لی۔ ملا عمر کو ان کا امیر قرار دے کر نام نہاد خلافت قائم کر دی گئی۔ انہوں نے احمد شاہ مسعود، پنجشیر کے شیر، ہزارہ کے شیعوں اور دوستم جیسے دوسرے دھڑوں کے خلاف سخت مزاحمت کی۔ ایک آدم خور کابل پر پھانسی پر چڑھ گیا۔ ہم نے اس تیار کردہ پروگرام کا لطف اٹھایا۔
نائن الیون کے بعد ایک اور بھیانک سرگرمی نے اپنا راستہ اختیار کیا اور ہمیں اس کا فائدہ ہوا۔ ڈالر! ہم ہمیشہ ڈالر سے محبت کرتے ہیں!
ہم نے سینکڑوں جہادیوں کو گوانتاناموبے بھیج کر اپنی جیبیں بھر لیں۔ امریکہ نے ہماری مدد سے افغانستان کو ہر طرح سے تباہ کیا اور خلافت اب تک ختم ہو چکی ہے۔ اگرچہ آئی ایس کو مشرق وسطیٰ میں دوبارہ تجربہ ہوا لیکن وہ ٹوٹ گئی اور اب وہ افغانستان سمیت مختلف مقامات پر بکھرے ہوئے ہیں۔ حیرت کی بات یہ ہے کہ یہاں انہیں امریکہ کی حمایت حاصل تھی۔
ایک بار پھر علاقائی طاقتوں روس، چین، بھارت، ایران، وسطی ایشیائی ریاستیں اور بگ باس امریکہ اور اس کے مغربی اتحادیوں نے اپنے مفادات کا تحفظ کیا۔ پاکستان نے ایک بار پھر مشغول ہونے کے لیے راحت کی سانس لی اور ہم نے اپنے برانڈ “طالبان” کو دو بار آگے بڑھایا۔ سیکیورٹی کے ایک گہرے مقصد کا ہمیشہ پروپیگنڈہ کیا گیا۔ ہم نے نہ صرف ان کی حمایت کی بلکہ انہیں افغان عوام اور اس کے دانشوروں پر مسلط بھی کیا۔ ہم نے دراصل افغانوں کے تعلیم یافتہ ذہنوں پر پسماندہ سماجی تفہیم کو نافذ کیا۔ طالبان نے لڑکیوں کی تعلیم اور خواتین کا روزگار بند کر دیا۔ یہ قبائلی فہم اور جدید شہری احساس کے درمیان تنازعہ ہے۔ ایک تنازعہ، جو گزشتہ پانچ دہائیوں سے جاری ہے۔ شہری علاقوں پر دیہی، پردیی قیادت والی مذہبی تفہیم غالب ہے۔
ٹی ٹی پی، آئی ایس اور کچھ دوسرے دھڑوں کو علاقائی اور بین الاقوامی طاقتوں کی مسلسل حمایت حاصل ہے۔ ہم نے افغانستان کے ساتھ جو کچھ کیا ہے وہ ایک پیچیدہ اور تہہ دار صدمہ ہے۔ یہ نامکمل ہے۔ ہم اب بھی سمجھتے ہیں کہ ہم ان سے فوائد حاصل کر سکتے ہیں، لیکن اب طالبان نے خود کو ہوشیار ثابت کر دیا ہے۔ ہمارے ہاتھوں میں نہیں کھیلنا۔ افغانستان کے دانشور ہم سے نفرت کرتے ہیں۔ وہ سمجھتے ہیں کہ ہم ان کی معاشرتی پسماندگی میں بہت زیادہ ملوث ہیں اور ہم نے ان پر ان گنت سزائیں دیں جن کے وہ مستحق نہیں تھے۔ لاکھوں ہلاک اور معذور ہو چکے ہیں، لاکھوں تارکین وطن میں ہیں اور اب بھی اپنی درمیانی عمر میں ہیں۔ وہ ہمیں عزت کیسے دے سکتے ہیں۔
